I have had a few issues and Withings CS was always friendly, prompt and resolved my issues in a satisfactory manner. Very professional, great product and they care about their customers & their health!

I have recently purchased a Withings…

I have recently purchased a Withings Steel HR tracker watch. Once all set up I noticed the step counter seemed unusually low. I simultaneously wore two other tracker monitoring watches over various days to see if the steps matched. The shocking reality is my new Withings tracker only records approximately 60% of the steps I have actually walked.
I have complained via email to the completely shambolic customer support and have exchanged emails with a person named Josephine, who up until now has delayed corresponding in a timely manner. They said try a different strap and adjust it tighter on your wrist. I have been using tracker watches for years without problems up until I purchased this device.
I have expressed I wish to return the watch (within the guarantee expiry) and Josephine came back and offered me 15% off my next purchase and free shipping!
Why would I desire another Withings product after this fiasco?!
Please be warned and avoid purchasing from this company at ALL costs

Excellent caring Customer Service.

Excellent caring Customer Service. I had encountered some delays with the local delivery service. Withings customer service were very supportive and answered all my emails promptly. I have now received this watch and am very happy with their superb service. Will definately buy again from Withings

They broke the healthmate online…

Nokia broke the healthmate online dashboard after two months of repeating stupid tier one questions (I had already replied to) they said it had been escalated to a 'specialist team' and stopped replying to emails.
Six weeks after that still broken, still silence.
Not much use in a wired device when they cant fix a webcontrol they broke.

WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN

Good scale but poor software and website. It is impossible to find a support contact email address. Application is buggy and the web site doesn't function well. Confirm your email ends with 'Invalid token'. Download your data ends in corrupted unusable zip file and there is no way to locate a customer service representative to try to sort it.

not windows friendly

This scale seems nice just wish it could be set up and report to a windows computer not a cell phone app but that is just me.

Great customer service.

Purchased the Scanwatch it was dispatched promptly but unfortunately was delayed/lost in the post. After a month I finally received the watch but it was way too late for my wife's birthday gift. Started the refund process and was surprised how quick and easy this was. The customer service team were so helpful and polite and kept me updated on how the refund was progressing. Well done!
